We don't encourage cancellations, but in case you need to, please try to do so within the first 12 hours after placing your order. After this time, cancellation may not be possible.

Easily initiate your Exchange/Return :

2) Enter your order number and registered phone number or email.
3) Pick the product from your order that you wish to return or exchange.
4) In case of exchange pick the options of replace with different product or replace with same product and make selection.
5) Once selected the product chose ‘return label provided by merchant’ at next step. Our courier partner will pick up the product from you in this case once we approve.
6) Your return request is processed and will be pending review by brand team with gets approval in one working day.
7) Pick up happens within 2 days from your approval.
8) In case of exchange we ship the new product once we receive the package from you of the returned product. Complete procedure takes between 7-10 days.
