1.Product Issues & Discrepancies
Reporting Discrepancies:
Report any discrepancies or defects within 2 days of receiving the product. Please provide evidence, such as photos or detailed descriptions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Quality Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can initiate a return for a refund. The refund will be initiated once we verify the product after it has been received by us. A return logistics fee of ₹100 will be charged for each return
Return of Product:
Products must be returned in their original condition. If we cannot arrange a pickup, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. A return fee of INR 100 will be charged per order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom-made are not returnable. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Reverse Pickup of Product:
We arrange reverse pickups through Bluedart, our preferred courier partner. If the pickup attempt fails or is canceled by the customer, the customer will need to return the product to us. If Bluedart does not service your area, the customer must courier the product to our registered address listed below.
Exchange Policy:
You may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to availability.
Partial Refunds:
If only part of your order is returned, we will issue a partial refund for the returned items only.
3. Refunds
Processing of Refund:
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the product being received by us. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your original source of payment within 7 working days. For COD payments, please provide your bank details on the return portal where requested. The timelines for COD returns remain the same as mentioned above.
International Returns:
International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Changes to Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Please review it frequently.
4. Easily initiate your Exchange/Return :
1) Go to ‘Returns’ at the bottom of the webpage.
2) Enter your order number and registered phone number or email.
3) Pick the product from your order that you wish to return or exchange.
4) In case of exchange pick the options of replace with different product or replace with same product and make selection.
5) Once selected the product chose ‘return label provided by merchant’ at next step. Our courier partner will pick up the product from you in this case once we approve.
6) Your return request is processed and will be pending review by brand team with gets approval in one working day.
7) Pick up happens within 2 days from your approval.
8) In case of exchange we ship the new product once we receive the package from you of the returned product. Complete procedure takes between 7-10 days.
9)In case of refund once we receive and examine the product we initiate the refund which takes 5-7 days to be credited to your original source of payment.
5. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.
