1. Reporting Discrepancies:

Any discrepancies or defects in the product must be reported within 2 days of reception, along with evidence such as photographs or detailed descriptions.

2. Quality Satisfaction Guarantee

If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality, a return can be initiated for a full refund, subject to our verification.

3. Return of Product

Products should be returned in their original condition. In cases where we cannot arrange a pickup, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back.

4. Reimbursement of Shipping Costs

We will reimburse actual shipping costs for returning the product, which will be included in the refund process.

5. Processing of Refund

Refunds are processed within a standard 3-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items like custom-made, perishable goods, or personal care products may not be returnable. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Post this period, cancellation may not be possible.
